Please NOTE: Per our policy…..there is at least a 2 week processing window after ordering for your bows to be made by hand as your orders come in. The shipping method and time does NOT indicate when your bows will ship, however, your shipping selection does give a timeframe per the shipping company estimated time of delivery after we process and ship your order.

Refund policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, we ask that you please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so that we can work with you to resolve your issue.
